Food & beverage spend at The Robinson Pub, billed in two six-month periods each year.
Follow these steps to transfer or establish your High Vista amenities membership. Once everything is received and recorded, you’ll be all set to begin using the facilities.
Fill out the Ownership Agreement and have it notarized. All individuals listed on the property deed must sign this document.
Take the notarized Ownership Agreement, along with the cover sheet, to the county deed office (for the county where your property is located). Ask them to file and stamp the document, then let us know once this step is complete.
Fill out the remaining membership documents (Membership Information, Guest Policy, Pool Policy, etc.) and email them to graham@highvistapoa.com. We also ask that you review our policies and covenants on the website.
Monthly dues can be paid by credit card or ACH debit:
Return only one authorization form (credit card or ACH). Forms can be emailed, mailed to the business office address, or dropped in the locked box outside the upstairs POA office at the clubhouse.
Once we have the recorded Ownership Agreement, Membership Information form, and your chosen payment authorization, your membership will be activated. Pool gate access and bathroom/tennis court codes are shared via the weekly newsletter and community Facebook page. The first time you dine in the Pub, staff will take a credit card to keep on file for your pub account.
Download and complete the forms below. File locations and names should match how you store them (you can adjust paths as needed).
Our membership team is happy to walk you through the process, answer questions about dues and billing, or help coordinate your first visit.
