Season: Memorial Day weekend through mid-September (weather permitting). A Pool Attendant monitors access and provides safety oversight on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
Entrance Procedure
The main amenity gate requires active digital validation credentials to unlock. Follow these steps to log entry using your device:

Launch PDK Mobile App
Locate and open the application on your smartphone device.

Download App If Needed
Search "PDK Mobile" in the Apple App Store for iOS or Google Play Store for Android platforms.

Authentication
Ensure you are signed in completely with your verified member user profile.

Approach Terminal
Walk up securely to the primary physical perimeter pool gate.

Scan Entry
Hold your smart device close against the illuminated digital reader at the gate console to complete verification.
Amenity Policy Guidelines
Access Control & Liabilities
Verification data is logged securely upon entrance. Members may not pass credentials out to unverified individuals; you are directly responsible for the behaviors, damage, and compliance of your family households and respective visitors.
Guest Regulations
Guests must be chaperoned by their sponsoring member tier hosts at all times. Maximum capacity is restricted to 4 guests per family, capped at once per month. Visitors are explicitly blocked on Saturdays or statutory holidays unless a special out-of-town variance is cleared ahead by the Board.
Event Layouts & Group Parties
Private rentals or locking out exclusive sections of the baseline footprint is prohibited. No group parties are allowed on Saturdays or recognized holidays. Events exceeding 10 total non-member attendees require formal email clearance to highvistapoaboard@gmail.com.
Health, Safety & Conduct
Children under 14 years old must remain supervised by an adult companion (18+). Swim diapers must be used for kids under age 3. Running, diving into the shallow layout, glass containers, pets, and explicit music are strictly prohibited. Food and beverage services are available directly through the adjacent Robinson Pub.
